After 30+ years of practice, I have decided to retire. I want to thank the people of Mobile and the surrounding areas for trusting me all these years for help and support.

From February 24th to March 10th, we will not be able to fufil any records requests as we are moving the office. If you need to request a copy of your records, you MUST fill out a records request form. The records will be mailed to the address that you have provided on the form. If you would like them emailed to you, you MUST ALSO fill out an email consent form.
Both forms will be emailed to you and they must be returned via email.
